عَلَيْهto him الظَّبْيthe gazelle سَلَّمْoffered greetings of peace
عَلَيْه الظَّبْي سَلَّمْ
وَشُقّand was split البَدْرِthe full moon لأجْلُوfor his sake فْتَمُّوin its fullness
وَشُقّ البَدْرِ لأجْلُو فْتَمُّو
The gazelle greeted him with peace.
And the full moon was split for his sake in its fullness.
وُقُدَّامُوand before him تَكَلَّمْspoke
وُقُدَّامُو تَكَلَّمْ
ذِرَاعْforeleg الشَّاْةof the sheep وَقَالْand said لُوto him بِإسْمُوby his name
ذِرَاعْ الشَّاْة وَقَالْ لُو بِإسْمُو
And before him spoke
The sheep’s foreleg, addressing him by name.
وَوَقَّرْand showed reverence ُلوto him وَعَظَّمْand exalted
وَوَقَّرْ ُلو وَعَظَّمْ
وَحَرَّرْand set forth clearly فِيهِconcerning him قَوْلُوits statement وَحُكْمُوand its judgment
وَحَرَّرْ فِيهِ قَوْلُو وَحُكْمُو
And it revered and exalted him,
And clearly set forth its statement and judgment concerning him.
