تَزَوَّجِ الحَسَناتِ

تَزَوَّجِ الحَسَناتِ

وَطَلِّقِ السَيِّئاتِ

وَطَلِّقِ السَيِّئاتِ

Marry good deeds,

Marry the virtues

and divorce evil deeds.

And divorce the vices

وَلا تَحَمَّلُ غَيّاً

وَلا تَحَمَّلُ غَيّاً

عَلى بَقايا الحَياةِ

عَلى بَقايا الحَياةِ

And do not take on wrongdoing

And do not burden regret

during what remains of life.

Upon the remnants of life

فَالمَوتُ أَهوَنُ شَيءٍ

فَالمَوتُ أَهوَنُ شَيءٍ

يَكونُ بَعدَ المَماتِ

يَكونُ بَعدَ المَماتِ

For death is less grievous than anything

For death is the easiest thing

that comes after death.

That comes after demise
