إِذا سَلَكَ العَبدُ نَهجَ التُقى

إِذا سَلَكَ العَبدُ نَهجَ التُقى

فَكانَ لِسَيِّدِهِ طائِعا

فَكانَ لِسَيِّدِهِ طائِعا

If the servant follows the path of piety,

When a servant walks the path of righteousness

and is obedient to his master,

And obeys his Master dutifully,

فَذَلِكَ مَن لا يَرى نَفسَهُ

فَذَلِكَ مَن لا يَرى نَفسَهُ

هُناكَ وَلا هَهُنا ضائِعا

هُناكَ وَلا هَهُنا ضائِعا

then he is one who does not see himself

That is one who sees not himself
