Drink wine early, at the morning hour,
Ride at dawn in the time of early morn
In the season of anemones and gillyflowers.
In the season of chamomile and scattered pearls

And embrace abandon, if you are among those
And mount the camel-litter if you are one
Who long to travel the path of joy.

For the hills are like cushions of brocade,
It is as though the meadows are the wrists of a beloved
And the gardens are like carpets of silk.
And as though the gardens are swathes of silk
