May God's curse be upon al-Bayyaz as long as
The curse of God be on the slanderer as long as
al-Bayyaz is spoken ill of among us.
The slanderer mentions us with evil
لعنةُcurse اللهِof God علىupon البيازِal-Bayyaz ماas long as
لعنةُ اللهِ على البيازِ ما
باتَspent the night يسعَىhe strives بِفُجورٍin wickedness فَدُحِرso he was driven away
باتَ يسعَى بِفُجورٍ فَدُحِر
May God's curse be upon al-Bayyaz as long as
The curse of God be on the slanderer as long as
he spends the night pursuing wickedness and is driven away.
He strives with immorality, so banish him

لعنةُ اللهِ على البياز ما
جفنُهhis eyelid للفَتكِfor slaughter بالناسagainst people سهِرstayed awake
جفنُه للفَتكِ بالناس سهِر
May God's curse be upon al-Bayyaz as long as
The curse of God be on the slanderer as long as
his eyelid keeps vigil to slaughter people.
His eyelids are awake to kill people
أمِنَfelt safe from البيازُal-Bayyaz مَكرَthe stratagem اللهِof God مَنwhoever
أمِنَ البيازُ مَكرَ اللهِ مَن
أمِنَfelt safe from المكرَthe stratagem منَfrom اللهِGod خَسِرhas lost
أمِنَ المكرَ منَ اللهِ خَسِر
Al-Bayyaz felt safe from God's stratagem; whoever
Did the slanderer feel safe from God's cunning?
feels safe from God's stratagem has lost.
Who feels safe from God's cunning will lose
لعنةَO curse اللهِof God اسكُنيdwell فيin قبرِهhis grave
لعنةَ اللهِ اسكُني في قبرِه
واصحبيهand accompany him يومَon the day of بعثٍresurrection آنwhen نُشِرhe was raised
واصحبيه يومَ بعثٍ آن نُشِر
O curse of God, dwell in his grave,
Let the curse of God reside in his grave
and accompany him on the day of resurrection, when he is raised.
And accompany him on the day of resurrection when we are gathered

لعنةُ اللهِ على البيازِ ما
ذَكَرَremembered اللهGod تَقِىٌّa pious man وسَهِرand kept vigil
ذَكَرَ الله تَقِىٌّ وسَهِر
May God's curse be upon al-Bayyaz as long as
The curse of God be on the slanderer as long as
a pious man remembers God and keeps vigil.
God's remembrance, piety and night vigil remain
