وكلما أبصَرت عينَاك ذَا لقَبٍ
إلاَّexcept ومعنَاهand its meaning إنif فكَّرتَyou reflected فيon لَقبِهhis title
إلاَّ ومعنَاه إن فكَّرتَ في لَقبِه
And whenever your eyes behold someone bearing a title,
And whenever your eyes see one with a title
except that its meaning—if you reflect on his title...
