لو باتَ بما أُجِنَّهُ مُكتَرِثا

لو باتَ بما أُجِنَّهُ مُكتَرِثا

ما خانَ ولا كانَ لعهد نَكَثا

ما خانَ ولا كانَ لعهد نَكَثا

Had he spent the night mindful of what I conceal,

If he worried over what was done to him,

he would not have been faithless, nor broken a pledge.

He'd not betray nor break a promise ever.

يبدو فيقولُ كلُّ مَن يَنظُرهُ

يبدو فيقولُ كلُّ مَن يَنظُرهُ

سبحانَكَ ما خلقتَ هذا عَبَثا

سبحانَكَ ما خلقتَ هذا عَبَثا

He appears, and everyone who sees him says:

All who behold him then could but declare:

Glory be to You! You did not create this in vain.

"Glory to Thee! Thou hast not made this vainly."
