وَبي غزال لَحظِه

يَصيد مِن صادَفه

يَصيد مِن صادَفه

And I am smitten with a gazelle whose glance

Hunts whoever encounters him.

فان يَكُن في عَصرِنا

فان يَكُن في عَصرِنا

مُهَفهَف صاد فهو

مُهَفهَف صاد فهو

So if in our age there is

A slender hunter, then it is he.
