رَأَيتُI saw اليَتامىthe orphans لاnot يَسُدُّfills فُقورَهُمtheir needs
قِراناour hospitality لَهُمfor them فيin كُلِّevery قَعبٍwooden bowl مُشَعَّبِmended
I saw the orphans, whose need was not met
by the fare we offered them in every mended wooden bowl.
فَقُلتُso I said لِعَبدَيناto our two slaves أَريحاyou two, bring the herd home عَلَيهِمِto them
سَأَجعَلُI shall make بَيتيmy home مِثلَlike آخَرَanother مُعزَبِwhose herd is away at pasture
So I told our two slaves, 'Bring the herd home to them;
I shall make my home like another's, whose herd is far afield.'
