وَلَلصَّمتِ خير مِن كَلام بِمَأثَم

وَلَلصَّمتِ خير مِن كَلام بِمَأثَم

فَكُن صامِتاً تَسلَم وَإِن قُلتَ فَاِعدل

فَكُن صامِتاً تَسلَم وَإِن قُلتَ فَاِعدل

And silence is indeed better than speech that incurs sin.

So be silent and you will be safe; and if you speak, be just.
