I have tested people's affairs for seventy years.
I have experienced people's affairs for seventy years
And I have experienced time's vicissitudes in hardship and ease.
And seen the turns of fate in hardship and ease
فَلَمso did not أَرI see بَعدَafter (in rank) الدينِfaith خَيراًanything better مِنَthan الغِنىwealth

So, after faith, I have seen nothing better than wealth.
Yet found no good after faith better than wealth
And, after unbelief, I have seen nothing worse than poverty.
Nor found, after unbelief, any evil worse than poverty
