إِلى كَعبة المَعروف وَالحلم وَالوَفا

إِلى كَعبة المَعروف وَالحلم وَالوَفا

حَليف المَعالي وَالمبرّات مصطَفى

حَليف المَعالي وَالمبرّات مصطَفى

To the Kaaba of benevolence, forbearance, and fidelity,

To the Kaaba of kindness, dreams, and loyalty

Ally of lofty virtues and charitable deeds, Mustafa,

The ally of nobility and blessings is Mustafa

سَليل أَبي الأشبال خَير مجاهد

سَليل أَبي الأشبال خَير مجاهد

بإيمانه لِلسَيف وَالرُمح قَد وَفى

بإيمانه لِلسَيف وَالرُمح قَد وَفى

Scion of Abu al-Ashbal, the finest warrior,

Descendant of the father of cubs, the best holy warrior

Who, through his faith, has proved true to sword and spear.

With his faith to the sword and spear he fulfilled

سَعيت لِتَحظى بِالقبول هَدية

سَعيت لِتَحظى بِالقبول هَدية

بِها جئتُ مَردوداً وَأَغدو مُشرَّفا

بِها جئتُ مَردوداً وَأَغدو مُشرَّفا

I strove so that a gift might win acceptance;

I have strived to gain acceptance, a gift

With it I came, rejected, and shall go forth honored.

With it I came back rewarded and leave honored
