فَلَكُ الأَثير مِن البَسيطة قَد دَنا

فَلَكُ الأَثير مِن البَسيطة قَد دَنا

وَبرسم قصر في الرِياض تكوّنا

وَبرسم قصر في الرِياض تكوّنا

The sphere of ether has drawn near to the earth,

The boundless sky of the simple has come near,

And taken shape as a palace in the gardens.

And with the design of a palace in the meadows it was formed.

وَبِهِ بَدا للناظرين محمدٌ

وَبِهِ بَدا للناظرين محمدٌ

بَدراً بطلعته الوجود تزيَّنا

بَدراً بطلعته الوجود تزيَّنا

And in it Muhammad appeared to the beholders,

In it Muhammad appeared to the beholders

As a full moon, whose countenance adorned existence.

As a full moon with his rising existence adorned.

وَالمَجد حينَ رآه قال مؤرخاً

وَالمَجد حينَ رآه قال مؤرخاً

أَنشا الأَمير محمد بيت السَنا

أَنشا الأَمير محمد بيت السَنا

And Glory, when it saw him, said, marking the date:

And glory, when it saw him, said in recording

Prince Muhammad built the house of radiance.

The prince Muhammad built the house of splendor.
