أَيامdays بُؤسmisery عَدوّenemy اللَهGod أَوّلهاthe first of them
أَيام بُؤس عَدوّ اللَه أَوّلها
عَماin قَليلٍa short while بِلاwithout شَكdoubt يُوافيهِwill reach him
عَما قَليلٍ بِلا شَك يُوافيهِ
Days of misery for God's enemy—the first of them
The wretched days of the enemy of Allah are beginning
Will reach him before long, without a doubt.
In a little while, without doubt, they will come upon him
وَالعَزلُand dismissal يَأتيهِwill come to him وَالنعمىand prosperity تُفارقُهwill forsake him
وَالعَزلُ يَأتيهِ وَالنعمى تُفارقُه
وَالأَمرand the order بِالطردfor expulsion لاnot يُرجىis hoped for تلافيهaverting it
وَالأَمر بِالطرد لا يُرجى تلافيه
And dismissal will come to him, and prosperity will forsake him;
Dismissal is coming to him and blessings are leaving him
And there is no hope of averting the order for expulsion.
The order of expulsion, there is no hope he can avoid it
وَالنَعيand the news of death توديbring death بِهِupon him حالاًat once صَوارمُهits sharp swords
وَالنَعي تودي بِهِ حالاً صَوارمُه
فيon يَومa day نحسill-omened بِهِon it مَولاهhis master يَأتيهcomes to him
في يَوم نحس بِهِ مَولاه يَأتيه
And the news of death—its sharp swords will destroy him at once,
The obituary will be conveyed by his sharp swords
On an ill-omened day when his master comes to him.
On an ill-omened day when his Master comes to him
وَفيand in أواخرthe last days of شَوالShawwal يَزولhe will vanish وَلاand not
وَفي أواخر شَوال يَزول وَلا
يَبقىremain وَسَهمُand the arrow of المَناياdeath نافذpiercing فيهِin him
يَبقى وَسَهمُ المَنايا نافذ فيهِ
And in the last days of Shawwal he will vanish, and will not
And in the last days of Sha'wal he will disappear without
Remain, with the arrow of death piercing him.
A trace, and the arrow of death will strike him
وَسَوفَand will يَهويplunge بِنصaccording to the text of الذكرthe Scripture فيinto سقرSaqar (Hell)
وَسَوفَ يَهوي بِنص الذكر في سقر
مَعwith كلeveryone مَنwho كانَwas فيin الدُنياthis world يصافيهِbefriending him
مَع كل مَن كانَ في الدُنيا يصافيهِ
And he will plunge into Saqar, as the Scripture states,
He will soon plunge into the heat of Hell mentioned in the Quran
With everyone who befriended him in this world.
Along with all those who were his peers in the world
وَيَقطَعand he will abandon الأَملthe hope المَوهومillusory مِنfrom وَلدa child
وَيَقطَع الأَمل المَوهوم مِن وَلد
وَمِنلَيسَتand from her who does not تُجافيهshun him
وَمِنلَيسَت تُجافيه
And he will abandon the illusory hope of a child,
And it will destroy his delusory hopes of offspring
And of her who does not shun him.
And those who do not shun him
وَيندبنّand he will surely lament شَباباًyouth ضاعَwas wasted فيin لعبplay
وَيندبنّ شَباباً ضاعَ في لعب
وَفيand in السُجودprostration عَلىon أَرضground لِكافيهto his provider
وَفي السُجود عَلى أَرض لِكافيه
And he will surely lament youth wasted in play,
It will lament the youth wasted in play
And in prostration on the ground to his provider.
And in prostrating on earth before the Almighty
دلتpointed عَلىto ذاكَthat رُؤياa vision فيهِconcerning him صادِقَةٌtrue
دلت عَلى ذاكَ رُؤيا فيهِ صادِقَةٌ
مِنfrom عارفone who knows مَظهرrevealing لِلناسto people خافيهwhat is hidden about him
مِن عارف مَظهر لِلناس خافيه
A true vision concerning him pointed to that,
This was indicated by a true dream vision
From one who knows and reveals to people what is hidden about him.
From a mystic displaying to people hidden things
