إِلى دار السَعادة وَالوَقارِ

Al-Mas‘ud hastened from the abode of ruin

To the abode of happiness and dignity.

وَفي رَجب الأَصمّ عَلَيهِ فاضَت

وَفي رَجب الأَصمّ عَلَيهِ فاضَت

سَحائب رَحمة مثل البِحار

سَحائب رَحمة مثل البِحار

And in Rajab the Deaf, there poured upon him

Clouds of mercy like the seas.

فَقالَ العَفو للغفران أَرخ

فَقالَ العَفو للغفران أَرخ

بِلال صحبه في خَير دار

بِلال صحبه في خَير دار

Then Pardon said to Forgiveness: “Record the date:

Bilal keeps him company in the best abode.”
