حقُّ العِيادَةِ يَومٌ بَعدَ يَومَينِ
وَجَلسَةٌand a sitting مِثلlike ردِّthe return of الطَرفِthe glance فيin العَينِthe eye
وَجَلسَةٌ مِثل ردِّ الطَرفِ في العَينِ
The rule for visiting the sick: one day after two days,
The right to visit is a day after two days
And a sitting as brief as the blink of an eye.
And a session like the blink of an eye
لاdo not تبرمنَّweary مَريضاًa sick person فيin مساءَلَةٍquestioning
لا تبرمنَّ مَريضاً في مساءَلَةٍ
يَكفيكَit suffices for you منof ذاكَthat تسأَلyou ask بِحَرفَينِin two words
يَكفيكَ من ذاكَ تسأَل بِحَرفَينِ
Do not weary a sick person with questioning;
Do not frown upon a patient with questioning
For that, asking in two words is enough for you.
