قَولاً لِهذا الخارِجيِّ الناصِبِ
لاnot زِلتَmay you cease فيin خزيٍdisgrace وَلعنٍand cursing واصِبِunceasing
لا زِلتَ في خزيٍ وَلعنٍ واصِبِ
A word to this Kharijite, this foe of Ali’s family:
A word for this hostile foreigner
May you remain forever in disgrace and under an unceasing curse.
You remain in disgrace and curse unceasing
تَدعوyou call مُعاوِيَةًMu‘awiya اماماًan imam عادِلاًjust
تَدعو مُعاوِيَةً اماماً عادِلاً
رَجليmy foot وَرَأسُكَand your head فيin حِرامِّthe cunt of the mother of الكاذِبthe liar
رَجلي وَرَأسُكَ في حِرامِّ الكاذِب
You call Mu‘awiya a just imam.
You call Mu'awiyah a just leader
My foot and your head—in the cunt of the liar’s mother.
My feet and your head are in the unlawful liar's hell
