قَلبيmy heart لَكُمfor you بِشُروعِهِwith its approaches وَشُروطِهِand its conditions
قَلبي لَكُم بِشُروعِهِ وَشُروطِهِ
وَشَروبُهُand its drinking water مِلكٌproperty لَكُمfor you وَحُقوقُهُand its rights
وَشَروبُهُ مِلكٌ لَكُم وَحُقوقُهُ
My heart is yours, with its approaches and its conditions.
My heart is yours with its beginnings and conditions
And its drinking water is yours, as are its rights.
And its drinking is your possession and right
حُرٌّfree تُحيطُsurround بِهِaround it حُدودٌboundaries أَربَعٌfour
حُرٌّ تُحيطُ بِهِ حُدودٌ أَربَعٌ
فَيهاwithin them تَعَيَّنَbecame defined رَحبُهُits breadth وَمَضيقُهُand its narrowness
فَيها تَعَيَّنَ رَحبُهُ وَمَضيقُهُ
It is free, enclosed by four boundaries.
It is free, surrounded by four boundaries
Within them its breadth and narrowness are defined.
Within them its expanse and confinement are defined
الوُدُّaffection أَوَّلُهاthe first of them وَثانيهاand the second of them الوَفاfaithfulness
الوُدُّ أَوَّلُها وَثانيها الوَفا
وَالثالِثُand the third العَهدُthe covenant السَليمُsound وَثيقُهُits firm bond
وَالثالِثُ العَهدُ السَليمُ وَثيقُهُ
Affection is the first, and faithfulness the second.
Love is the first, and loyalty the second
The third is the covenant, whose firm bond is sound.
The third, the firm pact and its bond
وَالرابِعُand the fourth المَسلوكُthe trodden way صِدقُsincerity مَحَبَّتيmy love
وَالرابِعُ المَسلوكُ صِدقُ مَحَبَّتي
لَكُمُfor you وَفيهِand in it بابُهُits gate وَطَريقُهُand its path
لَكُمُ وَفيهِ بابُهُ وَطَريقُهُ
And the fourth, the way trodden, is the sincerity of my love
And the fourth, the path of my love's sincerity for you
For you; in it lie its gate and its path.
In it is its door and way
