May God curse the physician—he has indeed gone too far,
God curse the doctor for overreaching
and came to pull your molar by absurd means.
When extracting your molar beyond possibility.

He kept the gazelle from using either of his hands,
He has hindered the antelope from using its forelegs
and set a pair of pincers—two she-dogs—upon a gazelle.
And set two she-dogs upon a young gazelle.
