How many have made the heart a home and dwelt there—
How often has the heart made a home and lived
Lords of beauty—and reproached one like Sakin!
With a Lord so gentle, no reproach or blame, only peace.

I have made you master of my soul and my heart; therefore
I have given You my soul and my heart, so of course
I choose that you be a companion and a haven.
I choose for You to be intimacy and peace.
