تُلَفِّقُyou fabricate كِذباًa lie ثُمَّthen تَأتيyou come بِضِدِّهِwith its opposite
إِذاwhen سَأَلواthey ask تَكريرَa repetition of ماwhat كُنتَyou were حاكِياrecounting
You fabricate a lie, then come out with its opposite
When they ask you to repeat what you were recounting.
فَإِنso if كُنتَyou are قَوّالاًa great talker فَإِنَكَthen indeed you are كاذِبٌa liar
وَإِنand if كُنتَyou are كَذّاباًa habitual liar فَلاthen do not تَكُbe ناسِياforgetful
So if you are a great talker, you are indeed a liar;
And if you are a habitual liar, do not be forgetful.
