لا تَخشَ مِن رَدِّ الجَوا
بِcompletion of الجواب: the reply وَقَدand already بَدَأتُكَI took the initiative with you بِالكِتابِwith the letter
بِ وَقَد بَدَأتُكَ بِالكِتابِ
Do not fear returning a reply,
Do not fear the return of the answer
for I have written to you first.
Though I began you with the book
فَالرَدُّfor returning يَجمُلُis fitting فيin الأَماthe entrusted property (first part of الأمانة)
فَالرَدُّ يَجمُلُ في الأَما
نَةِcompletion of الأمانة: the entrusted property وَالتَحيَّةِand the greeting وَالجَوابِand the reply
نَةِ وَالتَحيَّةِ وَالجَوابِ
For returning is fitting with entrusted property,
For the return is beautiful with honesty
and with a greeting and a reply.
