إِذا عِبتَ أمراً فَلا تَأتِه

إِذا عِبتَ أمراً فَلا تَأتِه

وذو اللُّبِّ مُجتَنِبٌ ما يَعِيب

وذو اللُّبِّ مُجتَنِبٌ ما يَعِيب

If you find fault with a deed, then do not commit it;

If you find fault with something, do not do it.

For one possessed of understanding avoids what he condemns.

And one endowed with reason avoids what he finds fault with.
