أُمُّ الحُلَيْسِ لَعَجُوزٌ شَهْرَبَهْ
تَرْضَىshe is content مِنَof اللَحْمِthe meat بَعَظْمِwith a bone of الرَقَبَهْthe neck
تَرْضَى مِنَ اللَحْمِ بَعَظْمِ الرَقَبَهْ
Umm al-Hulays is indeed a very old woman.
