أَلَيسَ اللَيلُ يَجمَعُني وَلَيلى

كَفاكَ بِذاكَ فيهِ لَنا تَداني

Does not the night bring Leila and I together

That is enough for us in it to have intimacy

وَيَعلوها النَهارُ كَما عَلاني
