حَتَّىuntil جَعَلْتُهُمُI made them مُرْفَضََّa scattering of أَمْسِلَةٍstreams
حَتَّى جَعَلْتُهُمُ مُرْفَضََّ أَمْسِلَةٍ
منْfrom بَطْنِthe belly of وادٍa valley يَقيءspews forth النّاسَthe people مِتْآمِhabitually bearing twins
منْ بَطْنِ وادٍ يَقيء النّاسَ مِتْآمِ
Until I made them scatter like streams
From the belly of a twin-bearing valley that spews forth men.
