قالوا صحيح فقلت كلا

ما صحّ من رشده قليل

They said it was true, so I said no

Little of his wisdom was sound

فإن يكن جسمه صحيحا

فقبله مدنفٌ عليلُ

For if his body was healthy

His mind was sick and unsound
