The gifts that tempted you have ensured

Your mind's demise when gold deceived you

They were brought to you, no honor was ashamed

To defend you, no faith, no dignity

My people do not approve of a man

Whose greatest desire is wealth and fortune

So suffer the consequences of the gifts you took

Complaining of taxes, weeping and wailing
