Alas for the night that deprived me of its goodness
As I took shelter in the shadow of a flying bird
If only I could buy back my life for the likes of it
Or with youthfulness, I would not be at a loss
In it I obtained the full moon, a sun crowned
At dusk with every bright star
And I kissed lips, if they had shone in the darkness
They would make the confused one needless of the raining clouds
