أُطيعُ هَوَى عَصْمَاءَ وهو يُضِلُّنِي

ومَا أنَا فيها للنُّهى بمُطيعِ

I obey the whims of a willful beloved though they lead me astray,

Yet in her I heed no reproach, obedient am I.
