لَو يَستَطيعُ ضَجيعُها لَأَجَنَّها

لَو يَستَطيعُ ضَجيعُها لَأَجَنَّها

في الجَوفِ مِنهُ يَشَمُّها وَحَشاها

في الجَوفِ مِنهُ يَشَمُّها وَحَشاها

If her bedfellow could, he would conceal her

If only her lover could possess her, he would drive her mad

Within his own belly, breathing her scent and tucking her inside.

With desire from within, inhaling her scent which makes him crave her
