وَيَأكُلنَ ما أَغنى الوَلِيُّ فَلَم يَلِث
كَأَنَّ بِحافاتِ النِساءِ المَزارِعا
And they graze on what the following rain made plentiful, and that rain did not linger;
They eat what the protector provided, so he did not become worn out,
As though cultivated fields lay along the edges of al-Nisāʾ.
As if the farms were at the hems of women's robes.
