If you wish to kiss lips like pearls
Sweeter than the blooming gardens at dawn
And unveil the radiant face like the moon
Even the critic would excuse if he were fair
So be patient with the long nights of tears and vigil
Like my patience and endurance of separation's sting
For few gain but those who endure
Have you not heard patience leads to triumph in the end
