Isa awakened after her long languor
White camels racing on, despite their long-suffered exhaustion,
Like the new moon, her sorrows now in the past
Resembling crescent moons that have waned into fading curves,
Throwing her veil, a fetching, modest dear
Thrust through the dust by a noble, radiant hero,
Who made of swords her wedding and divorce
Who has made of swords his marriage and his divorce.
