With cheeks dyed in the hue of life

In a short coat stained with blood of his tunic

His glances are inclined to shed blood

And his arrows, both did not hesitate

Until, when he attended the battleground as an adversary

And birds (were flying) between soaring and diving

He distracted the birds with the beauty of his face

So they paused and he struck them with his rifle
