الجَهل أَسوءُ ما ماتَ الشَقيُّ بِهِ

وَالعلم خَير حَياة نالَها السعدا

Ignorance is the worst thing the wretched die of

While knowledge is the best life the fortunate attain

فَاِعمل بِعلمك وَاِسمَع حكمَةً وَرَدَت

مَن صارَ بِالعلم حَيّاً لَم يَمُت أَبَدا

So act with your knowledge and listen to wisdom recited

Whoever lives by knowledge will never actually die
