  1. غب عن ملام الناطل بشربٍ صافي الناطل

    وحلّ جيد العاطل بعقد درّ الأسما

    Keep away from blaming the critic with pure drinking, O critic

    And adorn the neck of the unemployed with a string of pearls

  2. يا حبّذا عقد اللآل

    في نحر ربّات الحجال

    Oh, how good is the string of pearls

    Around the necks of the maiden ladies

  3. يا حبّذا الأسحار إذ ترفع الأستار

    وتلمع الأنوار عند تجلّي الأسما

    Oh, how good is the predawn when the curtains are lifted

    And the lights shine at the manifestation of the names

  4. في مظهر باهي الجمال

    باطنه زاهي الجلال

    In the beautiful appearance of beauty

    Its essence adorned with majesty

  5. شمسٌ بدت في ظلّ تنتج حسن الشكل

    تمحو رسوم الكلّ عند شهود الأسما

    A sun has risen in the shade that produces beauty

    It erases the forms of all at witnessing the names

  6. منه احتس بنت الدوالي

    فإنّها نعم الدوالي

    She took pride in the daughter of winding paths

    For she is the best winding paths

  7. واشهد مريد الحان بنغمة الألحان

    لوحدة المثاني وامح هناك الرسما

    And witness, O lover of melodies, the melody of melodies

    Of the uniqueness of duplicities, and erase the forms there

  8. واسمع بتوحيد الكمال

    حقّا تعالى من مثال

    And listen with the unity of perfection

    To the Real, transcendent of likenesses

  9. واخلع عذار النسك عند ظباء المسك

    لعلّ أن في السلك بهم تجوز النظما

    And take off the adornment of devotion at the deer of musk

    Perhaps through the path you may be allowed to pass the poems

  10. يا حبّذا عقد اللآلي

    في سلك غادات غوالي

    Oh, how good is the string of pearls

    In the path the winding paths have become manifest

  11. صلّى الإله وسلّم على رسول سلم

    له المعالي سلّم بقاب قرب أسما

    May the God send prayers and peace upon the Messenger of peace

    For him are the sublime, deliver at the door proximity to the names

  12. وآله أهل الكمال

    وصحبه أولي المعالي

    And his family, the people of perfection

    And his companions, the people of sublime traits

  13. ما ذو الغرام الوافي عمر المحبّ اليافي

    يرجو من الألطاف فضلاً ينال الختما

    What of passionate love, O faithful lover, O intimate lover

    Who hopes for favors to attain the seal

  14. بحسن حالٍ في المآل

    عند انتها ختم الآجال

    In beautiful circumstances in the outcome

    At the end of the conclusion of terms
