تُعزَى إلى بُسْتُرسْ يا رُكنَ عُصبتهِ

وأنتَ أفضلُ من يُعزَى إلى عيسَى

You are consoled, O pillar of his community, unto Busturus

Yet you are superior to be consoled unto Jesus

سَعَيتَ للهِ أياماً مُؤرَّخةً

واليومَ تنظُرُ وجهَ اللهِ يا موسَى

You strove for God days chronicled

And today you see the face of God, O Moses
