الحَمُدُ لِلَّهِ اما بَعد يا عمر

فَقَد اتَتنا بِكَ الحاجاتِ وَالقَدَر

Praise be to God, O Omar

You have brought us needs and destiny

فَأَنتَ رَأس قُرَيش وَاِبن سَيدها

وَالرَأس فيهِ يَكونُ السَمع وَالبَصَر

You are the chief of Quraysh and son of its master

The head contains hearing and sight
