أَيَا لَيالِي الوصالِ عُودي

لَنا فَقَدْ عاوَدَ النَّشَاطُ

Oh nights of union, return to us

For languor has left and vigor come back

وَعارِضُ القَبْضِ قَدْ تَوَلَّى

وَجاءَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ انْبِساطُ

The hand of adversity has turned away

And ease has come after tension

باللهِ قُلْ لِي مَتَى أَرَانا

في سِلْكِ وَصْلٍ لَنا انْخِراطُ

For God's sake, tell me when will you show us

United on the path of connection
