عِزَّ الهُدَى دامَ لَنَا مِنْكَ ما

يَجْلُو دُجَى الخَطْبِ بأَنْوارِها

Our pride remains as long as you give us

What dispels the gloom of worries with its light

كَمْ مُشْكِلاتٍ سِرُّها غامِضٌ

جِئْتَ لَنا مِنْها بأسْرارِها

How many perplexities with obscure secrets

You have brought us their mysteries

تَسَتَّرَتْ حَتّى رَأتْ مِنْكَ ما

لا تَخْتَفي عَنْهُ بأستارِها

They remained concealed until they saw in you what

Cannot be hidden from it even with their veils
