رأيتُ نجليكَ فرقدَي أفقِِ

وما جميعُ النجومِ اشباهُ

I saw your two bright stars rising on my horizon

Though not comparable to all the stars combined

كلاهما في علاك طالعهُ

وفي جبينِ السعودِ سيماهُ

Both shine glorious in your exalted abode

And gleam eminent on the brow of good fortune

لو خُلقَ المجدُ كالانامِ لما

كان سوى ناظريك عيناهُ

If glory took human form, it would have

No eyes but yours to behold it

فاهنأ وباهِ السما وانجمها

بالفرقدينِ رعاهما اللهُ

So congratulations to the heavens and its stars

For the two bright stars, may God protect them
