طلعت فينا هلالا

يا ابني فقلنا تبارك

The crescent has risen over us,

ما كان احلى اختيارك

How beautiful is your name, Nasr

للصالح اسما أبيكم

منا الهناء المشارك

A righteous name for your father

We share in the congratulations

قد جئت والعام تسعى

بالخير قر قرارك

You have come and the year is in its ninth month

Settle, settle happily

من بين حيدر تبدو

فأصبح السعد جارك

You appear from amidst Haydar

And so good fortune becomes your neighbor

وزاد بالأم فخرا

بيت الحسني اعتبارك

And with your mother you bring more pride

To the honorable Al Husseini house

فاللّه يرعاك حتى

ترى زليخا صغارك

ومن زهيرة أيضا

وصنوها مختارك

And from Zuhayra as well
