وحق سيف أنور
والليث ذاك العمري

ونشأت والشلبي
والاتحاد العربي
And Neshat and Al-Shalabi,
And the Arab Union,

وحق ميدان القتال
وما حواه من رجال
By the right of the battlefield,
And the men it contained,
وحق فرسان النزال
ما للهلال الأحمر
And the right of the horsemen of combat,

وحق أطفال صغار
Except for Al-Wajih Al-Asfar.
By the right of little children,
وعجز منا كبار
قد ذبحوهم في الديار
And the incapacity of us adults,
Who were slaughtered in homes,

وحق ابكار حسان
كأنها حور الجنان
By the right of the pure maidens,
Who are like the houris of Heaven,
معرّضت للهوان

Yet were subjected to humiliation,

وحق نسوة وما

By the right of women who
لاقت بأيدي الظلما
وحق آساد الحمى
Suffered at the hands of injustice,
And the right of the zealous warriors,

وحق جرحى استسهلت
هزل الوغى فاستشهدت
By the right of the wounded, whose
Wounds were trivialized, and who died as martyrs,
وأبرياء اضطهدت

And the innocent who were persecuted,

أنصار دستور عظام

مهمة واستهزأت

لذلك الجيش اليؤوس

ما انفك حتى قد حوى

وحق مال من ذهب
قد قدموه للعرب
By the right of the gold they offered
To the Arabs, to entice them, and it was gone,

وحق أمعا بعجت
By the right of the swarm that emerged
From their army, exposing
من جندهم فانكشفت

وحق تقديم الخرق

وحق سودا استأسدت

وحق نصر المسلمين
By the right of the victory of Muslims,
And the right of the firm Quran,
