زاد المحب صبابة

مذ زوجت ليلاه

راحت بعقله حينما

راحت به نجواه

قاسى العذاب نجيها

للّه يا قيساه

He suffered torment for her sake

اللّه يرحم ضعفه

فارحمه يا اللّه
