And a night with the brilliance of a shining cup

I attained in its pleasures all I sought

I revived it after slumber claimed it

With a maiden - had the sun seen her it would not have risen

So if you considered me with the cup going round

You'd think me a boastful king in revelry

And how could I not reach the celestial spheres

With the moon in my gathering and the sun in my cup
