رفعت إليك وما ثغر

ت عيون مستمع وناظرْ

I lifted you up, your mouth not yet able to speak,

Eyes of listeners and onlookers turned towards you,

ورأوا عليك ومنك في الـ

ـمهد النُّهى ذات البصائرْ

And they saw in you, from your cradle of revelation,

A possessor of insights and vision.
