نُورُ الهُدَى أَهْدَتْ إِلَى شَاعِرِهَا

مِحْبَرَةً تَبْتَعِثُ الإلهَامَا

The light of guidance gifted its poet

A pen that stirs inspiration

وَمِرْقَماً إِذَا احْتَسَى مِدَادَهَا

مَجَّ شُعَاعاً يَقْشَعُ الظَّلامَا

And an inkwell that when it draws its ink

Radiates a beam dispelling darkness

وَمَنْسَقاً أَنْظِمُ أَوْرَاقِي بِهِ

وَقَبْلَهُ لَمْ تَأْلَفِ النِّظَامَا

And a method with which I compose my pages

Before which order was not known

وَأَدَوَاتِ المَحْوِ وَالإِثْبَاتِ مَا

شِئْتَ اخْتِصَارَ الجُهْدِ وَالإِحْكَامَا

And the tools of erasing and affirming however

You wish, summarizing effort and perfection

مَجْمُوعَةٌ بِصَوْغِهَا وَنَقْشِهَا

أَجَادَهَا صَانِعُهَا مَا رَامَا

A collection, in its crafting and engraving

Made skillfully by its maker without fault

جُزِيتِ كُلَّ الخَيْرِ يَا زَعِيمَةً

بِهَا يُبَاهِي قَوْمُهَا الأَقْوَامَا

May you be rewarded with all good oh leader

With it your people surpass all peoples
