وَسِربٍ ذَعَرتُ بِذي مَيعَةٍ

تَرى في البَديهَةِ مِنهُ اِعتِزاما

A swarm startled me near someone of ill intent

You see in the desert determination in him

لَهُ مَتنُ عَيرٍ وَساقا ظَليمٍ

وَنَهدُ المَعَدَّينِ يُنبي الحِزاما

He has the body of a camel and thin legs

The panting of the swift reveals tight belts

صَليبُ الحَجاجِ شَديدُ اللَجا

جِ يَجذِبُ بَعدَ الحَميمُ اللِجاما

The crucible of worries has intense fire

After intimacy, the tender pulls the reins

أَمينُ الفُصوصِ كَعَيرِ الفَلاةِ

يَتلو نَحائِصَ قُبّاً جِساما

Trustworthy in danger like a desert caravan

It follows exquisite curves and massive bodies
