May it be pleasant and wholesome, free of lingering illness,
Welcome, pure and free from infecting disease,
for ‘Azza, whatever she has deemed lawful to take from our honor.
To the glory of one whose honor was degraded,
Treat us ill or kindly—you are not blamed
Do evil or good unto us – no blame
by us, nor hated, even if she shows hatred.
Shall be upon us, nor regret, if you stray.
